Mark meets staff at Cheadle Hulme Sorting Office

Local MP Mark Hunter called in at the Cheadle Hulme sorting office this week to wish staff good luck for the forthcoming Christmas season.

Mark said, "It's the busiest time of year for postal workers and they deserve our thanks and praise. It's easy to forget the levels of organisation and sheer hard work that go into delivering millions of cards and presents in the run-up to Christmas but the staff at Cheadle Hulme look like they've got it all under control."

As a token of appreciation for their work, Mark came prepared with a bottle of House of Commons Whiskey for the sorting office to raffle.

If you are not a constituent, you do not need to provide your address, but the matters we can deal with are more limited and you may wish to contact your local MP in the first instance.
